Loulou de la Falaise (1947-2011)

-

Daughter of the famous model Maxime de la Falaise, Loulou is a perfect incarnation of the « Parisian » woman. She began her career as a model in New York, then, having become the muse of Yves Saint Laurent, she entered his fashion house in 1972 as a jewelry designer and remained there until the closure of the house.
Her marriage in 1977, with the son of the painter Balthus, Thadée Klossowski de Rola, was the occasion of a ball at the Palace entitled “Angels and Demons”, one of the highlights of the Parisian life of the time.
