Madame de Talleyrand, in front of the Château de Rochecotte direct descendant of Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand-Périgord who was a statesman and a fine diplomat at the head of France from 1789 to 1838. Former archbishop of Rheims, he left the clergy during the revolution and occupied leading positions under most regimes from the Old Regime until the July Monarchy. A man of the Enlightenment, a convinced liberal, he sought to establish a "European balance" between the great powers. -

Carlos Andrad Poisson, descendant of Georges Jacques Danton, known as Anton. Talented speaker, Danton is one of the major figures of the Revolution. Lawyer in the King's Council, he is appointed Minister of Justice by the Legislative Assembly. In 1793 he voted for the death of the King and then became the instigator of the Revolutionary Court which would sow terror, vote for the death of the Queen and condemn him to the guillotine a year later. -
